Sunday 24th August, the weather didnt look promising. People are out in the streets dressing trees and window frames and stringing up paper flower decorations and so I remove lots of passion flowers and dress up the metal railings. Some nice people bring me some paper flowers to add to the decoration. The village only has the fete every 10 years so its sad that all their efforts are soaked in the pouring rain.
