Larking around in the leaves
Some weeks in our lives are harder than others, this week was one of those for me. This week my friend who often showed me new places in Brittany, or nearby Normandy died very suddenly. I have been looking at pictures of some of the wonderful places, buildings, flowers, that we enjoyed together.

Sorry to hear that. We always want life to be fair. But it isn't.
I send sincere condolences for your loss. Losing a friend with whom you have shared beautiful and meaningful moments, regardless of the circumstances involved in the loss, is the hardest thing in life. Be it animal, or human, I don't think we ever get over it completely.

We are lucky to have friends, especially when we have shared so many good experiences. Sorry to hear your sad news but glad you have fond memories to warm your heart when you need it.
