A wash out?

Rainbows apologize for angry skies.  ~Sylvia Voirol

It has been raining in Bretagne for weeks, water butts overflowing, mozzies buzzing when sunshine arrives. Then in between averses (showers) s'efforcer I (endeavour) to work on our new Zen goes to the coast garden.  I would love to show you some photo's however the sky is grey yet again and rain is forecast to fall for the next four days.  Our new water feature filled with cobbles and seashells hardly needs to be powered on!  A couple of weeks ago we had one sunny afternoon, I went to the coast again, (Normandie is actually nearest), and collected shells, pebbles and small pieces of driftwood.

I know that the ground was like dust in March, but we are now squelching around outside dans la boue (mud) and lighting wood fires indoors one wonders what the month of Mai will bring?

Wishing you all a wonderful weekend indoors or out.  Best wishes Blu :-)

What gorgeous shots! I love your beach art.

I gather it's been raining non-stop in the UK too.

Here's wishing you some sun and soon!

I'll find out this weekend if we've had leaks during our absence.
May hasn't been all that dry either (not here anyway). Lovely photos, Blu.
